New! Introducing our AlwaysOn nano package specifically for very light internet users. The occasional email and web usage - ideal for people upgrading from dialup. It gives you 1gig of downloads and then automatically charges additional usage at £1 per gig (you'll never be charged more than a corresponding package though)

Our policy is that if you are not sure and select the Lite package we'll only ever charge you the difference to the next package. You get a 1/2gig bufferzone too, like a free overdraft. That way you don't get charged if you go a little over occasionally.

We find most family users are better off on the AlwaysOn Pro package - but it's free to upgrade so if you're not sure go for the lite package! And don't forget, you can use your connection as much as you like during our least busy period (12 Midnight and 6am).

Migrations are FREE
If you're migrating from another ISP just supply us with the MAC (Migration Authority Code) on the form and we'll move you to us within about 5 days. They'll be no downtime and no setup fee.

New ADSL connections (ie you're not moving from a different provider) and LLU migrations (non-BT lines) are currently subject to BT's standard setup fee of £40 inc VAT. All packages include VAT
