We include a Business Email Lite package with all of our Business Email packs, so you get top-quality email @yourdomain.com. All email accounts are fully featured secure military-grade 1gig IMAP or POP accounts and can be upgraded up to 20gig! Our email systems are fault tolerant and quick - 100% delivery, 0% failures - just as you would expect email to work.

Any routers or firewalls we provide come with NEXT DAY replacement warranty direct from us. What's more, we'll pre-configure and manage them remotely for you to ensure your connections are always top notch too.

Migrations are FREE
It's easy to move from another ISP to MacAce. Ask them for a MAC (Migration Authority Code) and then include it in the ordering process below or by calling us - and we'll improve your broadband within about 5 days. They'll be no downtime and no setup fee.

Your speed depends on whether your exchange is enabled for 21CN and the distance of your line from the Exchange. Typically lines less that 1KM will achieve speeds of 15Mbps+ on ADSL2+ and 5Mbps+ on ADSL MAX. Speeds are sync speeds only and will be significantly lower during Peak Times (6pm to Midnight, and weekends). Exchange Priority prioritises your data at the exchange level, typically increasing speed by about 20%. Download use is per calender month. Overuse of download limits are charged at £6.38 per 5gig or part thereof. Priority Care prioritises any line faults by Openreach and recommended for business users. Prices Exclude VAT. "Elavated Data Priority" guranatees a minimum of 3Mbips 90% of the time during the businest 3 hours of the day and better priority of data at all other times. Migrations to us or away from us are free. LLU migrations are currently charged at £40 as if they were new connections. BT-based Line required.
