Priority Fault reporting and repairs

Our Lightspeed Business Pro package includes care level 3 as standard - that means, should your broadband develop a fault, Openreach guarantee to respond to that fault within 4hours, 24/7 (normal care level is 4hrs working hours weekdays, 9-12 Saturday).

Courtesy 3G Broadband

Think of it as a courtesy car for when your broadband's being mended. Sometimes there can be problems beyond you or your providers control: Your line could be damaged, there could be interference, BT could be doing some work on the exchange. When there is a problem, we'll provide you with courtesy 3G broadband for wifi and ethernet broadband to help you through any extended broadband issues that might arise - free of charge.

Please note that Lightspeed Fiber connections are subject to a 12month contract. Cancellation or migration within that 12months will result in full payment for the whole year (This is a BT thing - we're not a believer in long contract).
