It's not possible to run a fast network with no restrictions without charging the earth. That's why other ISP's that offer "unlimited use" are slow at peak times - when you want it to be fastest! Or they throttle your bandwidth at peak times, limiting your speeds anyway. We have free off-peak usage and encourage our users to download responsibly so as not to impact other users. Night time, Midnight to 9am, is therefore free to download as much as your like, as fast as you like.
First-Class Email
It's not an afterthought like most ISP's. Our email is the same email we offer to business and corporate users. It works, it's fast and it's working 100% of the time - without compromise. That's how email should be.
No restrictions or throttling
Other ISPs throttle your usage to keep costs down and profits up. They decide how fast you can watch iPlayer, or download software. Our network is different; there are no speed restrictions at any time, you'll always get the fastest speed your line can handle.

Free Migrations
Migrating to us is charge-free and trouble-free. Simple supply us with a MAC code and we'll handle the transfer of your fibre connection to us.
No long Contracts
1 month rolling contract. No gimmicks, no buy-out clauses, easy in, easy out. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, you can vote with your feet and migrate to another provider for free. That's how it should be.
100% uptime pledge
We're the only ISP that offers a 100% uptime pledge. Of course, things happen which are beyond our control and your connection may be down for a few hours at some point but our pledge is there to show that we'll always do our darnest to ensure that our network is functioning all the time and when there is a problem, it's dealt with as quickly as humanly possible. If not, we'll give you your money back.
Resilient UK infrastructure
We run 20 high speed nodes around the UK in key cities. Your exchange connects to then and then to our network and the internet beyond. Each of these nodes is resilient in that it has two routes. So if any of the links, or indeed 10 of our UK nodes go down completely, your internet connection remains up and working. We're amongst only a handful of ISP's that can do that.
24 hour around the clock monitoring
We monitor our network 24hours a day from our operations centre with at least 3 levels of alerting at all points of our network. We therefore know of potential problems before they impact your internet browsing and email services.
Clustered servers
An ISP's network is only as resilient as it's weakest link - and there's a lot of pieces of equipment, routers, switches, servers etc that combine together to make your internet connection and email work. We therefore ensure we have at least no single point of failure anywhere on our network - this is usually accomplished by having two routers, two switches, two power supplies, two network links, two monitor systems. In fact, we tend to aim for three of everything where we can. It's an approach that saves us money in the long term and you downtime: a win win situation all round.
Pre-configured routers
We pre-configure all routers that we supply so that you simply have to plug them in and they work straight away. Security and Firewalls are also pre-configured for you so you don't need to worry.
