Telecom terms and conditions (abbreviated)

Generally we do not have any issues or enforce any of our terms and conditions for telecoms usage. There's nothing hidden or any rules that a reasonable person wouldn't expect. We try to by fair in terms of credit control and usage.

In addition to our general abbreviated terms and our full legal terms and conditions:

  1. Payment for line rental is quarterly in advance and must be paid before quarterly renewal of the service.
  2. Call charges are charges monthly in arrears and must be paid within 30days of invoice date
  3. Contract terms are 1 month rolling. We require 30 days notice of termination notice prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged for the following month. This can be from the primary email account but we recommend recorded mail.
  4. If you opted to pay by credit card you are agreeing to continuous authority to charge the card we hold on file (securely) until the service or contract is terminated
  5. You can migrate your telephone number and call service to any other provider without notice, although we do ask you let us know so that we can properly temrinate your contract with us.
  6. You will be issued refund for the unused portion of any unused line rental paid mius the 30 days notice required. You will not be refunded for call inclusive fees. Where line rental is not specified as a proportion fot he whole package it will be the rate of our OneVoice Nano package (which is just line rental)
  7. Lines are transferred like for like and will be invoiced for any services already attached - we don't always get notificationsof these in advance so assume you details of these somewhere. Please let us know of these prior to ordering if possible.
  8. All engineering work is provided by BT Openreach and any charges arising from them in respect of your line will be passed on at our advertisised rates, or if not advertised passed directly to you. These will be invoiced automatically.
  9. We do not accept liability for loss or loss arising from failure of your phone service. BT Oepnreach do provide compensationw hich we apply for on your behalf and pass this back to your directly. The exact details of these depend on the care plan for your line.
  10. We reserve to right to ask any telephone account, giving them 30 days notice, to move their telephone services to another provider for any reason we see fit (whilst this will only be in extreme cases).
