PartnerPack is not a standard off-the-shelf reseller package. The problem with the multitude of offerings from other companies is two fold (at least): Firstly, you often don't get any help - you are just left with a control panel and an email address or premium rate number to contact some nimwit in a call centre. Secondly the email you get with these packages is usually second class - it's the standard email package that comes with the server like Sendmail and Spam Assassin - the crudest forms of email and spam protection available. Quality email is something we think should be at the very forefornt of your hosting package to your clients? Our motto: If you're going to do it, do it right. With email support we can be invisible or visible to your clients. You may prefer to deal with their queries or give them our number direct (we answer the calls as "technical support"). You may prefer to handle their hosting and let them arrange their email directly with us. The choice is yours.

Full control and premier partner support

We like to think different. We offer web-developers, resellers and creatives a multi-hosting solution with expert help built-in. Our control panel is based on VirtualMin - an easy-to-use interface that lets you create hosting packages, install scripts like Joomla and Drupal, manage domains directly with BIND, manage logins, create emails, manage databases, configure PHP etc, all within a Virtual Server environment of your very own. If you need assistance, or indeed would like us to set up your sites for you, we're happy to do so.

Proper Email

Email is one of the most important parts of most businesses yet other "reseller packages" provide it as a mickey mouse add-on. Our email is better. Proper email managed properly by us. Fast, reliable and 100% available - and with full technical support for each email user. With secure end-to-end SSL and TLS support for security and privacy. User-customisable spam filters for nearly-zero spam. That's how email should be. We recommend that each website that requires email have an Email Package to match. These are charged separately for each account ("standard" email boxes are also provided to use if required)

You don't need to worry about the hardware, it's connectivity or it's security and configuration. We proactively manage our PartnerPack servers to ensure the utmost speed, security and reliability. Fast Linux servers with RAID are hosted in the very heart of the internet - Telehouse London - so your sites are faster worldwide than if located anywhere else in the UK. Our entire network is also mirrored in our new state-of-the-art facility in Bristol with a 5-second automatic switchover and live sync. All monitored 24/7 from our dedicated NOC and datacenter in Cornwall.

It's about a partnership. We do what we do best whilst you concentrate on what you do best. And just because we're Mac-friendly (or indeed winners of MacWorlds Best ISP award!) doesn't mean we can't support Windows, Blackberry or Linux users.
